Abstract

The invention provides a method for the establishment of an animal model for ulcerative colitis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndromes. The method comprises the following steps of enabling rats to swim previously before modeling, removing unqualified rats, enabling the qualified rats to be subjected to chronic restraint, overwork and eating disorder treatment, molding for 7 days, performing clysis on the 8th day to establish an ulcerative colitis model, forbidding the rats from fasting and drinking water for 24 hours, anesthetizing through intraperitoneal injection, then slowlyinjecting a TNBS/ethanol solution from the anus of the rats, keeping the rats in a full-flat state after enabling the rats to stand on the head, putting the rats in a clean rat frame, enabling the rats to wake naturally, and enabling the rats to continue to be subjected to chronic restraint, overwork and eating disorder treatment from the 9th day so as to obtain the animal model for the ulcerativecolitis with the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndromes on the 28th day.
