Abstract

The invention discloses a shear hinge and an airbag mixed hemostatic structure and a hemostatic device, wherein the hemostatic structure composes a hemostatic material external applied film and a mixed adaptive structure. The mixed adaptive structure comprises an airbag, an inflatable device and an adaptive shear hinge expansion structure. The lower end of the airbag is fixedly connected to a support rod. The adaptive shear hinge expansion structure consists of a support bar and a shear hinge structure unit. The inner end of the shear hinge structure unit is fixed on the support rod, and the outer applied film of hemostatic material is affixed to the outer side of the airbag. The mixed hemostatic structure is injected into the wound when in use. The inflatable device is opened to inflate the airbag so as to drive the external applied film of hemostatic material to contact with the wound, and the elastic potential energy is released by an elastic element to drive the shear hinge structure unit to provide support for the airbag in a radial direction.
