Embodiment 1

[0043] Chicken breeder egg transmission spectrum detection device such as figure 1 shown. The hardware is mainly composed of Ocean Optics USB2000+ fiber optic spectrometer, Ocean Optics 84UV-25 collimating lens, Nanjing Hongzhao focusing lens, glass optical fiber, Guangzhou Biaoqi LS-3000 adjustable halogen light source (100W) and computer. Embryos were placed in two ways: horizontal placement and vertical placement with the big head up, and the spectra were collected from the 0th day to the 15th day of incubation. The spectral acquisition band is set to 360-1000nm, the integration time is 40ms, the average number is 3 to improve the stability of the data, and the smoothing width is 5 to match the resolution of the system. figure 2 Anatomy diagram of female (a) and male (b) chicken breeder egg embryos on the 15th day of incubation. The gonads of embryonic development begin to transform into early ovaries and testes on the 4th to 8th day of embryonic development. After 8 days...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of detection, in particular to an early-stage chick embryo gender identification method, which includes the steps of (1), acquiring spectroscopic data of hatching eggs of chicken through a spectrum detection system; (2), selecting samples with big spectrum difference into a training set by a Kennard-Stone method; (3), primarily selecting waveband to remove a part of redundancy information and performing dimensionality reduction on the spectrum; (4), processing the spectrum data of the selected waveband through multiplicative scatter correction to acquire processed data; (5), screening the processed data by a CARS or SPA method to acquire characteristic wavelength capable of reflecting male and female difference and to optimize input variable ofthe model; (6), by activation functions: sig, sine and hardlim,of an extreme learning machine, optimizing the number of neuron on the hidden-layer, from 20 to 1500, by the step of 20 to search the number of neuron on the hidden-layer and the activation functions on the condition of lowest test error and then building a discrimination mode; (7), optimizing the discrimination mode through a GA algorithm. The invention provides an intelligent nondestructive testing method capable of improving precision and applicability of the model.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detection, in particular to a method for identifying the sex of early chicken embryos. Background technique [0002] In poultry breeding, egg hatching is a time-consuming and energy-consuming process that takes about 21 days. Chicken egg embryos are hatched under natural conditions, and the ratio of male to female is roughly 1:1, but the demand for female chicks and male chicks varies from industry to industry. In the laying hen breeding industry, the demand for females is much greater than that for males; while in the meat industry, because males have a short development cycle and high feed utilization, males have a great advantage over females. In practice, approximately 7 billion day-old chicks are euthanized each year. Therefore, gender identification of egg embryos can guide actual production, and adjust the hatching ratio of chicken eggs according to market demand, which can not only save equipmen...
