The spiral-wound membrane contactor comprises a center tube and a membrane element, wherein two endsof the center tube are an air inlet end and an air outlet end which are not communicated with each other in the tube; the membrane element is a plate type membrane which is formed by overlaying a first hydrophobic membrane, a gas phase insulating screen, a second hydrophobic membrane and a liquid phase insulating screen; the first hydrophobic membrane is wound around the center tube; the two endsof the membrane element are a water inlet end and a water outlet end; the first hydrophobic membrane, the gas phase insulating screen and the second hydrophobic membrane are packaged through a packaging line to form a gas phase runner; after winding, the second hydrophobic membrane, the liquid phase insulating screen and the first hydrophobic membrane are wound to form a liquid phase runner whichis led from the water inlet end on one side of the membrane element to the water outlet end on the other side of the membrane element along the axial direction of the center tube.
