Abstract

The invention discloses a microflora for predicting the risk of oral precancerous lesions and an application thereof. The inventors identify microflora classification markers therein based on the analysis of sequencing data of 124 fecal samples of oral precancerous lesions from a total of 127 healthy controls determined. Based on the microflora of the invention, the risk of oral precancerous lesions can be effectively predicted. The diagnostic reagent developed based on the microflora of the invention can effectively predict the risk of oral precancerous lesions, has non-invasive detection process and high safety. At the same time, because the flora samples can be transported at room temperature, the convenience of detection is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to microbial flora and its application for risk prediction of oral precancerous lesions. Background technique [0002] Oral cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the head and neck. In recent years, the incidence of oral cancer has been on the rise in many countries. Oral cancer can develop from oral precancerous lesions such as oral leukoplakia. Oral precancerous lesions are precancerous lesions characterized by changes in the oral mucosa such as oral submucosal fibrosis and oral lichen planus. Precancerous lesions have large cancerous changes. Due to the lack of tumor biomarkers for early screening and detection, more than 50% of oral cancer patients can only be diagnosed in the advanced stage, and the discovery of tumor markers that can be used for early diagnosis of oral cancer is becoming a research hotspot.
