Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention will be described in detail below in combination with specific embodiments.

[0028] 1 Materials and methods

[0029] 1.1 Preparation of biological fertilizer

[0030] 1.1.1 Acquisition of microbial strains

[0031] (1) Get a certain amount of rice and cook it for later use;

[0032] (2) Take 200g of cooked rice, add 500ml sugarcane honey mixture (sugarcane honey 80L+fish bone powder 60kg+NaCl1kg+water 160L), and heat to boil;

[0033] (3) After the above mixture is boiled, put it into an appropriate amount of container, seal it with gauze, and place it on the ground;

[0034] (4) After 25 days, the microorganisms were harvested.

[0035] 1.1.2 Level I value-added of microorganisms

[0036] (1) reconstitute sugarcane honey mixed solution, and pack in the big tank of 100L;

[0037] (2) Immediately transfer the microorganisms in 5-7 small tanks to a large tank, mix them with the sugarcane honey mixture, and seal them. 1.1.3 Level II value-adde...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a plant growth additive. The method comprises the steps of taking cooked rice and adding a mixed sugar cane honey solution, wherein the mixed solution comprises sugar cane honey, fish bone meal, water NaCl and water and is heated until boiling, a small tank is sealed by gauze and then placed on the ground, and microorganisms are harvested within one month; preparing the mixed sugar cane honey solution again, loading the mixed sugar cane honey solution into a large tank, immediately transferring the microorganisms in the small tank into the large tank to be uniformly mixed with the mixed sugar cane honey solution, and sealing the large tank to obtain a strain with grade-I increment of the microorganisms; adding sugar cane honey and water into another large tank; adding the strain with the grade-I increment of the microorganism; sealing the large tank for about one week to obtain the fertilizer additive. The plant growth additive has the advantages of achieving the effects of reducing chemical fertilizer application and promoting the growth of plants.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture and relates to a plant growth additive. Background technique [0002] Fertilization, especially the application of chemical fertilizers, is an important method to increase crop yields. According to the statistics of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the share of chemical fertilizers in increasing crop production is 40%-60%. However, the extensive use of chemical fertilizers has also caused serious harm, resulting in insufficient use of organic fertilizers, imbalanced soil nutrient ratios, soil compaction, soil quality decline, and a series of problems such as river and groundwater pollution. If we want to avoid repeating the mistake of "pollution first, then destruction, then treatment" in developed countries, and develop "sustainable agriculture", we must reduce the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, and actively seek a way to develop green agricultu...
