Abstract

The invention provides a cryopreservation solution and cryopreservation method for immune cells. The cryopreservation solution comprises DMSO, ethylene glycol, sucrose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxyethyl starch, glucose and a cell stabilizing agent. The cryopreservation solution for the immune cells provided by the invention can effectively protect the immune cells against freezing damage, has high safety and little damage to the cells, and can improve a resuscitation survival rate of the immune cells; the resuscitated cells have high viability and a large proliferation quantity, and are not prone to aging; and physiological functions and biological characteristics of the immune cells after resuscitation are guaranteed, the microbiological detection indicators meet requirements, the survival time of the immune cells is prolonged, and loss of surface antigens of the immune cells is reduced.
