Artificial flexible-posture preserved ornamental plant and processing method thereof

The invention discloses an artificial flexible-posture preserved ornamental plant and a processing method thereof. The artificial flexible-posture preserved ornamental plant is prepared from a naturally grown living herbaceous plant or woody plant which is harvested, kept natural posture, subjected to disinfection, fresh-keeping and coloring treatment, and then used as an ikebana material. The processing method comprises that: after pretreated, a living flowering plant material is soaked by a flexible-posture plant treating agent prepared from carbohydrate, a nourishment regulator, an antioxidant, a humectant, a preservative, edible pigment and water in a soaking container at an environmental temperature of between 15 and 22 DEG C and a relative humidity of between 70 and 80 percent untilleaves on the top of the plant are evenly dyed; and the soaked plant is aired, dried, graded and shaped into the artificial flexible-posture preserved flower material. The method utilizes the naturalmechanism of cell metabolism of flower plants, performs cellular fluid displacement and cell enclosing treatment through the flexible-posture plant treating agent, and makes the plants keep natural postures, texture and flexibleness, not influenced by spacial environment, and preserved as long as 1 to 2 years. The artificial flexible-posture preserved ornamental plant taken as a bonsai flower material does not need water dressing or daily maintenance, has stronger enjoyment property than a dry flower, and prolongs the fresh-keeping time by hundreds of times than fresh cutting plants and flowers.

Method and device for fundus oculi affection early diagnosis using time discrimination autofluorescence lifetime imaging

The invention relates to a novel measurement method and the device thereof, which combines the time-resolved self-fluorescence lifetime imaging technology and a laser scanning confocal ophthalmoscopeand realizes the early diagnosis of the ocular fundus diseases by obtaining and analyzing the self-fluorescence intensity and the service life information of the ocular fundus. The light which is emitted by a pulse laser is sent to the scanning head of the laser scanning confocal ophthalmoscope to excite the ocular fundus inner-source flgorgen, and the fluorescence which is emitted from the ocularfundus is collected by a time-correlated single photon counter or a high-repetition-rate synchronous scanning camera, so as to realize the service life measurement and the imaging of the self-fluorescence. As the service life of the self-fluorescence of the ocular fundus is very sensitive to the micro-environment and the cell metabolism state of flgorgen molecule and is not affected by the difference of the intensity of the flgorgen of the ocular fundus, the measurement of the fluorescence service life provides a brand new route for the detection of ocular fundus diseases and the obtainment of the function information of ocular fundus. The invention can become the solution and the basis of the early diagnosis of various ocular fundus diseases, which plays an important role in pathogeny research, clinical diagnosis, staging and typing, prognosis judgement, real-time observation and the analysis of the development of ocular fundus diseases, therefore the invention can be widely appliedin the field of medical research and clinical medical diagnosis.

Scaffold for skin tissue engineering and a method of synthesizing thereof

The embodiments herein disclose a method of fabricating composite scaffolds for skin tissue regeneration. The methacrylated hyaluronic acid (HAMA) and methacrylated gelatin (GelMA) are synthesized. The poly (glycerol sebacate)-poly(ε-caprolactone) (PGS-PCL) microfibrous scaffolds are synthesized. The hydrogel is synthesized. The composite scaffold comprising hydrogel and poly (glycerol sebacate)-poly(ε-caprolactone) (PGS-PCL) microfibrous scaffolds is fabricated. A plurality of physico-chemical characteristics of the composite scaffold comprising hydrogel and poly (glycerol sebacate)-poly(ε-caprolactone) (PGS-PCL) microfibrous scaffolds are analysed. The physico-chemical characteristics comprises mechanical properties, swelling ratio and enzymatic degradation and scanning electron microscope imaging. The fibroblast cells are encapsulated within the composite scaffold comprising hydrogel and poly (glycerol sebacate)-poly(ε-caprolactone) (PGS-PCL) microfibrous scaffolds and hydrogels. The fibroblast cells are seeded on composite scaffold and PGS-PCL scaffold. The fibroblast cell viability, fibroblast cell attachment, fibroblast cell spreading, fibroblast cell proliferation and fibroblast cell metabolism are analysed in composite scaffolds, PGS-PCL scaffolds and hydrogels.

Fluorochrome for cytolysosome positioning and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses fluorochrome for cytolysosome positioning and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the fluorochrome compound includes the steps that a benzophenone derivative containing methyl substituents is reacted under the catalysis of Zn/TiC14, an obtained product and N-bromosuccinimide are subjected to a bromination reaction, then a product is reacted with morpholine, and the tetraphenyl ethylene derivative stain containing morpholine groups is obtained. The preparation method is easy to implement, raw materials are easy to get, and reaction conditions are mild. The obtained fluorochrome contains tetraphenyl ethylene fluorescence groups capable of gathering the activity of inducing fluorescence emission and can be used for performing specific staining on all kinds of cytolysosome. The fluorochrome has the advantages of being small in cytotoxicity, stable in cell metabolism resistance, good in photobleaching resisting effect and the like and hardly affects normal physiological activities of cells, and a new method is provided for observing the morphologic changes of cytolysosome for a long time. The fluorochrome can be widely applied to monitoring the morphology of cytolysosome, observing the apoptosis process and the like.

A method for preparing a three-dimensional cell scaffold for in-vitro toxicological evaluation of tobacco products is characterized in that an interconnected and porous material provided with a polymer is obtained through high-internal-phase emulsion polymerization in a cell culture dish, the material has large holes of the size of cells for in-vitro toxicological evaluation of tobacco products, the holes are communicated with one another, thereby facilitating input of oxygen and nutrients required for cell growth and output of cell metabolism waste, and the material surface is modified, so that the material has good cell affinity. Compared with existing panel type monolayer cell culture methods commonly adopted for toxicological evaluation, the method has the advantages that cells can realize three-dimensional growth on the scaffold and have more closer three-dimensional shape and biochemical and functional properties as compared with that originally in vivo. Therefore, when the cellscultured by use of the three-dimensional cell scaffold are used for in-vitro toxicological evaluation of the tobacco products, the evaluation result is more objective and real. The cell scaffold is prepared in the culture dish and is more convenient for following experiments.
