Embodiments of the invention provide a method and a device for predicting space distribution of a lamellation crack. The method comprises the following steps of dividing a shale crack phase accordingto core data and lamina data; determining a logging response characteristic of the shale crack phase according to logging information; determining longitudinal distribution of the shale crack phase ona single well according to the logging response characteristic of the shale crack phase; establishing an equation by taking the longitudinal distribution of the shale crack phase on the single well as a constraint and a shale crack phase index as a target function; and predicting the space distribution of the lamellation crack according to the equation. According to the embodiments of the invention, the equation is established by taking the shale crack phase index as the target function, so that a space distribution rule of the lamellation crack can be evaluated and predicted, and reliable information is provided for shale oil and gas exploration and development, and thus the unconventional oil and gas exploration and development risk cost is reduced, and the exploration and development efficiency is improved.
