The data conversion module is used for receiving a MassARRAY detecting result, acquires a gene sequence from the detecting result, and acquires an experiment number, an Rs number and a genotyping result which correspond with the gene sequence.The data analysis module is used for receiving the experiment number, the Rs number, the genotyping result and the gene sequence and acquires medicament information which is related with the gene according to a medicament-gene rule. The data integrating module is used for receiving and integrating clinical information and the medicament information which is related with the gene. The medicament genomics analysis system according to the invention replaces personnel in arranging the MassARRAY detecting result, and performs database, guidance and literature comparison on the genotyping result. The analysis rate in the same condition is hundreds times of that of analysis reporting personnel, thereby shortening an analysis reporting period.
