Benefits of technology

This patented technology helps improve the efficiency with decompositing organics while minimizing their impact upon other materials such as soil or water quality. It also enhances the reduction of certain types of metals found within these sources without adding more expensive treatments like lime/iron salts. Additionally, this new method uses enzymes that break down harmful bacteria into smaller pieces instead of relying solely on calcium oxidase for complete decomposition. Overall, this innovative technical solution makes disposal of household wastes faster and easier than previous methods.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding ways to efficiently recover valuable metals from household wastes like cookers' spent grease or food scraps that are difficult to dispose safely due to their high acidity. Current methods involve mechanically decompositing them with water vapor at temperatures above 150°C but these processes have limitations such as requiring expensive materials and generating harmful gases during decomposition. Therefore there needs a new method called Anaerobiodegradable Ferrochelene Technology (AOFT) that does away with traditional wet-chemistry techniques without causing environmental concerns.

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0023] Such as figure 1 Shown is a biological treatment method for improving the dehydration of kitchen waste anaerobic residue, comprising the following steps:

[0024] 1) The anaerobic biogas residue of food waste with a water content of 95-99% is continuously aerated under natural conditions for 2 days to obtain aerobic solid residue. The dissolved oxygen content of the aerobic solid residue after aeration is 2-4mg / L;

[0025] 2) subjecting the obtained aerobic solid residue to an enzyme treatment to obtain a precipitate after the enzyme treatment;

[0026] 3) Add 0.1%-0.3% PAM by absolute dry weight to the precipitate after enzyme treatment for concentration, and add polysilicate ferric sulfate (PFSS) according to 1%-5% of the dry weight of the precipitate to carry out a conditioning reaction , and then add polyetheramine curing agent according ...

Abstract

A biological treatment method for improving the dehydration property of kitchen waste anaerobic biogas residues is disclosed. The method includes firstly subjecting the kitchen waste anaerobic biogasresidues to continuous aeration treatment under natural condition for 2 d to obtain aerobiotic solid residues; subjecting the obtained aerobiotic solid residues to enzyme treatment to obtain precipitates after enzyme treatment; modifying the precipitates after enzyme treatment; preparing mud cake and filtrate from the modified residues through a pressure filter; and discharging the filtrate into awastewater treatment system. Through an aeration-enzyme treatment-modification manner, the organic matter degradation rate is effectively increased, digestion of biogas residue floc organic matters is promoted, equipment corrosion caused by chloridion is reduced, and an increase in kitchen waste dry weight is small, thus facilitating subsequent resource utilization. The method greatly improves the dehydration property of kitchen waste anaerobic biogas residues and can reduce the water content of the kitchen waste anaerobic biogas residues to 60% or below.
