Abstract

The integrated terahertz generation focusing filter element comprises a circular arc-shaped plastic-type colloid material and a coating layer, wherein the circular arc-shaped plastic-type colloid material is prepared by uniformly stirring a liquid plastic-type colloid material andhighly nonlinear nano particles and then placing in a grinding tool for plastic molding. The coating layer adopts any coating layer which absorbs visible and near infrared light and transmits terahertz, the coating layer is uniformly wrapped on the outer arc surface of the plastic-type colloid material which is formed into a circular arc shape after the high nonlinear nano particles are added, andone side of the integrated terahertz generation focusing filter element is a plastic-type colloid material plane, and the other side is an arc-shaped coating layer. Through a simple integrated device, terahertz waves can be generated, terahertz can be focused, and pump light can be filtered meanwhile. Meanwhile, a terahertz time domain spectroscopy system formed by the element integrates a current system, and a hand-held terahertz detection system can be realized.
