Abstract

The extraction method of the mulberry leaf alkaloids comprises the following steps: 1) mixing mulberry leaves with water, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 1-3 times so as to obtain extracts, and combining the extracts so as to obtain a crude mulberry leaf alkaloid extract; and 2) sequentially performing decompressed concentration, D101 macroporous resin adsorption, cationic resin adsorption and AB-8 macroporous resin adsorption on the crude mulberry leaf alkaloid extract so as to obtain the mulberry leaf alkaloids.
