The carbon transaction method comprises the steps that identification data and carbon behavior data of transportation equipment are acquired, the carbon behavior data indicate at least one of carbon consumption and carbon emission reduction behaviors of the transportation equipment, and the identification data at least comprise an identifier corresponding to the transportation equipment; in response to determining that the identifier belongs to a predetermined identifier set,an attribute of the corresponding transportation equipment is acquired based on the identifier; a carbon emission reduction equivalent corresponding to the carbon behavior data is determined based onthe carbon behavior data and a first smart contract matched with the attribute, the first smart contract being used for converting the carbon behavior data into the carbon emission reduction equivalent; the carbon emission reduction equivalents are transmitted to a blockchain platform for storage in a first account associated with a first object, the first object being associated with a pluralityof transportation devices; and the carbon transaction associated with the carbon emission reduction equivalent in the first account as a blockchain transaction is published.
