Embodiment 1

[0108] With 100 parts by weight of polyurethane resin prepared in Preparation Example, 8 parts by weight of isocyanate curing agent, 20 parts by weight of multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer, 1.2 parts by weight of photoinitiator, 0.5 parts by weight of The thermal initiator and 0.05 parts by weight of the bipolar additive (E1) were mixed with 5.0 parts by weight of toluene, followed by stirring for 30 minutes, thereby preparing an adhesive composition.

[0109] The prepared adhesive composition was coated on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film (SKC, thickness: 75 μm) as a base film, and then dried at 130° C. A 75 μm thick adhesive layer was formed. Then, a 25 μm thick release film (silicone release layer) was attached to the adhesive layer, followed by aging at room temperature for 1 week, thereby obtaining a 75 μm thick adhesive layer and a 25 μm thick release film in this order. Film stack formed on PET film.

Embodiment 2 to 10

[0111] A film laminate was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the amounts of the respective components of the adhesive composition were changed as listed in Table 1 (unit: parts by weight).

Abstract

The invention discloses an adhesive film, an adhesive composition for the same, and a display member comprising the same. The adhesive film is composed of the adhesive composition, which comprises polyurethane resin; an isocyanate curing agent; a multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer; a photo initiator; a thermal initiator; and a bipolar additive. The adhesive composition has an initial peeling strength of 10 to 30 gf / 25mm; and a peeling strength ratio (calculated by a formula 1) of 0.2 or less.

Description

[0001] Citations to related applications [0002] This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2018-0080776 filed with the Korean Intellectual Property Office on July 11, 2018, the entire disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference. technical field [0003] The present invention relates to an adhesive film, an adhesive composition used therefor, and a display member comprising the adhesive film. Background technique [0004] Organic light emitting displays include OLED panels. OLED panels are susceptible to external shocks. In particular, the OLED panel may be subjected to external impact during manufacture and transportation of the OLED panel. As a result, the reliability and lifetime of the OLED panel may deteriorate. A technique of encapsulating an OLED panel with an encapsulation layer including an organic layer and an inorganic layer is known in the prior art. However, such an encapsulation layer alone cannot sufficiently prote...
