The fresh air device comprises a heat pipe heat recovery module, a fresh air purification module, a photovoltaic thermoelectricity module and an automatic control module, wherein one end of the heat pipe heat recovery module is arranged in a fresh air channel, and the other end of the heat pipe heat recovery module is arranged in an exhaust channel. The air purification module comprises an initial filtering layer, an efficient filtering layer and an adsorption layer. The photovoltaic thermoelectricity module comprises a photovoltaic cell panel,a storage battery, a controller and a thermopile, wherein the photovoltaic cell panel is laid on the upper surface of an outdoor side air pipe, and heat pipes of a fresh air pipe and an exhaust pipeare connected through the thermopile to intensify heat exchange.
