The invention relates to a transurethral prostate sampling device and a manufacturing method thereof. The transurethral prostate sampling device comprises an outer sleeve assembly suitable for being inserted into the prostate of a patient through the urethra of the patient, and a window is formed in the outer sleeve assembly; a middle tube assembly adapted to be mountable within the outer sleeve assembly and operably movable relative to the outer sleeve assembly in a direction parallel to a central axis of the outer sleeve assembly, the middle tube assembly comprising a first deflection mechanism; and a sampling needle, wherein the tail end comprises a first section for sampling from the prostate of a patient; the sampling needle can be at least partially arranged in the middle tube assembly; the sampling needle is adapted to operably move relative to the central tube assembly in a direction parallel to the central axis, at least a portion of the sampling needle is engageable with thefirst deflection mechanism by engaging movement of the sampling needle relative to the central tube assembly such that the first segment passes through the window at a deflection angle relative to thecentral axis.
