According to the invention, degrading bacteria with highly-efficient removal effect on the odor of a landfill are loaded onto a carrier, namely the fermented biomass, so high concentration ofbacteria is maintained; meanwhile, the survival time of the bacteria can be prolonged; the removal effect of the odor can be improved; and the deodorization of the landfill can be realized. The method provided by the invention has stable effect, does not generate secondary pollution, facilitates transportation, and solves the problems that the effect of deodorization is not lasting and the treatment efficiency of the microbial agent is low. The immobilized microbial agent provided by the invention is highly-efficient and practical, achieves good deodorization effect and improves the working environment.
