The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the working state information of the injection molding machine; generating a two-dimensional code according to the working state information, wherein at least one link pointing to a database address is stored in the two-dimensional code, and the working state information is stored in the address of the database; sending the two-dimensional code to a user mobile terminal; andenabling a user to scan and decode the two-dimensional code to access the working state information stored in the database address, so as to enable the user to know the working state of the injectionmolding machine.
