Abstract

The invention provides a hydraulic performance continuous operation test system of airport fire trucks. A water outlet pipeline or a fire monitor is arranged on a fire truck, wherein the water outletpipeline or the fire monitor is connected with a water tank on the fire truck through a fire pump; and a water level monitoring device is arranged in the water tank. The test system comprises a watertank, a water crane water supply device, a water collection device, a test pipeline and a control device, wherein the water crane water supply device is provided with a water supply pipeline, a watersupply pump and a water suction pipe, one end of the water supply pipeline extends into the water tank, and the other end of the water supply pipeline is provided with the water supply pump to be connected with the water tank; the water collector is used for collecting water ejected by the fire monitor, and is connected with the water tank; one end of the test pipeline is connected with the wateroutlet pipeline, the other end of the test pipeline is connected with the water tank, and the test pipeline is provided with a pressure gauge, an electromagnetic flowmeter and an electric ball valve;and the control device is connected with the water level monitoring device and the water supply pump. According to the invention, a water crane water supply mode is adopted to supply water to the water tank of the airport fire truck, and the fire pump directly sucks water from the water tank so as to ensure smooth running of a 6-hour continuous running test.
