Problems solved by technology

[0003] The soil available phosphorus we usually refer to does not refer to a specific form of phosphorus. It has no real concept of "quantity". Different methods can be used to measure different amounts of available phosphorus in the same soil. Therefore, the soil we usually detect Available phosphorus is only a relative index, and to a certain extent, it has only statistical significance and cannot be judged as the "absolute content" of "true" available phosphorus in the soil

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting available phosphorus content in sugarcane area soil. The method comprises the following steps: sampling to-be-detected soil in a sugarcane area; then extracting the soil sample by utilizing a sodium bicarbonate extracting agent; adjusting the to-be-detected liquid of the soil sample to be yellowish by using 2,4-dinitrophenol indicator, a dilute sulfuric acid solution and a dilute sodium hydroxide solution; and then further adding a molybdenum-antimony anti-color developing agent, measuring the light absorption value of the color developing solutionat the wavelength of 700nm by utilizing a 1cm light path cuvette to obtain the content of phosphorus in the to-be-measured solution of the soil sample, and finally calculating the content of available phosphorus in the soil of the sugarcane area according to the content of phosphorus in the to-be-measured solution of the soil sample. According to the method, the detection time is short, the detection limit, the accuracy and the precision are good, the accuracy of the detection result of the available phosphorus content in the sugarcane area soil can be improved, and the labor amount and the labor intensity can be reduced. The technical scheme can be widely applied to detection of available phosphorus in neutral, slightly acidic and calcareous soil, so that a scientific basis is provided for application of phosphate fertilizer in sugarcane areas.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of element content detection, in particular to a detection method of the effective phosphorus content in the soil of the sugarcane area. Background technique [0002] The three nutrient elements nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium necessary for sugarcane growth are mainly provided by soil. The research results show that nitrogen and potassium can promote the growth of sugarcane stem diameter and stem length, and have a significant effect on increasing sugarcane yield. Phosphorus and potassium can Increase the sugar content of sugarcane. This shows that phosphorus has an important effect on sugarcane growth. Calcareous soil usually contains high calcium ions, which can easily form calcium phosphate precipitation with phosphate ions, thereby reducing the availability of phosphorus, resulting in a lack of phosphorus in the sugarcane area. Fertilization in sugarcane production mainly relies on soil nutrient analysi...
