Abstract

The invention discloses a session-based risk transaction determination method and device. The method comprises the following steps: detecting a suspicious transaction; initiating a session to an initiating user of the suspicious transaction; in response to each piece of session content sent by the initiating user, predicting a content matching degree between each customer service talking skill andthe session content by adopting a session recommendation model; determining a rule matching degree of each customer service verbal skill by adopting a preset service rule; determining a target customer service verbal technique according to the content matching degree and the rule matching degree, and sending the target customer service verbal technique to the user as a response of the session content; and determining whether the suspicious transaction is a risk transaction based on the session content sent by the initiating user in the session. According to the scheme, the risk transaction can be determined through the session, the accuracy is higher, and the user experience is better.
