Embodiment 1

[0136] Utilize above-mentioned dialysis method to calculate the dialysis constant k value of extracellular polymerization to ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen, the obtained results are shown in Table 1, Figure 2-5 .

[0137] Table 1 Dialysis constants of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen

[0138]

[0139] The unit of actual substrate average concentration is mgN / L.

[0140]Combined with the actual experimental results, when the concentration of ammonia nitrogen substrate in the dialysis membrane is 55.00±0.65 mgN / L, the amount of substrate dialyzed for 24 hours is detected, and the specific substrate concentration is 27.667±1.24 mgN / L, 114.67±1.37 mgN / L When , the actual substrate detection value is more in line with the fitted curve and theoretical value, and the end point value measured in the experiment is closer to and slightly greater than half of the initial substrate concentration. The ammonia nitrogen was 27.667±1.24 mgN / L for dialysis, and some of the de...

Abstract

The invention discloses a dialysis method-based method for measuring the adsorption quantity and desorption quantity of an extracellular polymeric substance to a substance, wherein the method is usedfor calculating the adsorption quantity and desorption quantity of an EPS to the substance on the basis of substance conservation, and particularly comprises the steps: dialyzing an EPS mixed solutionadsorbed with the substance by using a dialysis membrane, measuring the concentration of an external dialysate substance, and determining the adsorption quantity of the EPS; and replacing dialysate outside the dialysis membrane, measuring the concentration of the external dialysate substance, and calculating the desorption amount of the value by utilizing a formula, wherein the detected substances comprise, but are not limited to, an ammonia nitrogen solution and nitrite nitrogen. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in principle and convenient to operate, the adsorption quantity and desorption quantity of an adsorption-desorption system of which an adsorbate and an adsorbed substance are not suitable for being separated can be calculated at the same time, and the detection method is low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring substances adsorbed by extracellular polymers, in particular to a method for calculating the amount of adsorption and desorption of substances by extracellular polymers based on dialysis. Background technique [0002] Extracellular Polymeric Substances (EPS for short) are mixed polymers such as proteins and polysaccharides secreted or captured during the metabolic growth of microorganisms, which play an important role in the growth of bacteria, especially anammox bacteria. Because the granulation of anammox bacteria and the stability of granules not only rely on a certain concentration of substances to ensure bacterial growth, but also rely on EPS to maintain bacterial granulation. At present, researchers have realized that EPS is secreted by anammox bacteria, and excessive EPS has adverse effects on the growth of anammox bacteria. However, EPS is a substance secreted into the external environment by the...
