Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: dividing a turbine blade molded lineinto a leading edge arc curve, a trailing edge arc curve, a suction edge curve and a pressure edge curve, and giving coordinate equations of the four curves; solving a coordinate expression of a polygon control vertex for describing the pressure side curve and the suction side curve and front and rear edge tail edge circle center coordinate points according to the geometrical relationship; substituting the coordinate points into coordinate equations of the four curves to form a parameterized expression of the blade profile; and finding parameters of the cubic Bezier curve parameterized expression of the prototype blade through an SOA optimization algorithm, and further acquiring the cubic Bezier curve and arc curve parameterized expression of a prototype blade molded line.
