The method comprises the following steps: S1, feeding back the output of a clock module and apower supply module to a CPU; wherein the clock module comprises one or more clock drivers and a crystal oscillator, and the power supply module comprises a plurality of power supply chips; S2, enabling the CPU to work in an overclocking state; S3, when the temperature and the power consumption are higher than alarm thresholds, configuring a clock module and a power supply module to enable the CPUto quit overclocking to a normal working state; S4, when the temperature and the power consumption are lower than safety thresholds, configuring a clock module and a power supply module to enable theCPU to enter an overclocking working state again; and S5, acquiring program-controlled intelligent power supply and clock control result information.
