The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1), extracting volatile oil from 10-25 parts by weight of curcuma zedoary, 5-20 parts by weight of fructus forsythiae and 5-15 parts by weight of honeysuckle by using acetone, ethanol and water; (2), decocting and extracting 5-15parts by weight of oldenlandia diffusa, 5-15 parts by weight of sculellaria barbata, 3-10 parts by weight of rabdosia rubescens, 10-20 parts by weight of astragalus membranaceus, 5-10 parts by weightof atractylodes macrocephala, 5-10 parts by weight of turmeric, 5-10 parts by weight of selfheal and 3-10 parts by weight of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata in water; and (3), mixing the medicine liquidextracted in the step (1) and the medicine liquid extracted in the step (2), adding 1 / 5-1 / 10 of trichloromethane according to the weight, performing refluxing for 30-40 minutes, and distilling out redundant trichloromethane to obtain the required atomized medicine liquid.
