Problems solved by technology

[0004] Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the maternal-fetal monitoring in the prior art that needs to be implemented by placing three sensors on the body of the pregnant woman. The monitoring experience is poor, and it is easy to drop or slide, resulting in loss of monitoring signal data or strong interference. Thereby making monitoring results inaccurate and other defects, thereby providing a maternal-fetal monitoring device and its detection probe

Embodiment Construction

[0038] The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Apparently, the described embodiments are some of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0039] Figure 1 to Figure 3 An embodiment of a detection probe used in a maternal-fetal monitoring device provided by the present invention is shown.

[0040] Such as figure 2As shown, the detection probe for the maternal-fetal monitoring device (hereinafter referred to as "detection probe") includes a probe housing 4, a uterine contraction pressure sensor 5, a lead wire 3, an ECG electrode 2, a front-end signal acquisition circuit 6, and a main control circuit. 7 and display screen 8 . The probe housing ...

Abstract

The invention provides a maternal fetal monitoring device and a detection probe thereof. The detection probe comprises a probe shell with a mounting space, and a uterine contraction pressure sensor, afront-end signal acquisition circuit and a main control circuit which are arranged in the mounting space, wherein the uterine contraction pressure sensor is electrically connected with the front-endsignal acquisition circuit and used for acquiring uterine contraction pressure signals, and the front-end signal acquisition circuit is electrically connected with the main control circuit; and an electrocardio-electrode is arranged outside the probe shell, is electrically connected to the front-end signal acquisition circuit inside the mounting space through a lead wire and is used for acquiringa maternal fetal electrocardiosignal. By means of the design, the main control circuit analyzes the collected signals and calculates the maternal heart rate, the fetal heart rate and the uterine contraction pressure value, so that monitoring of the maternal heart rate, the fetal heart rate and the uterine contraction pressure can be completed only through one detection probe, the burden of pregnant women during monitoring is relieved, and electrode plates cannot fall off or slide due to the pasting mode; and therefore, movement of the pregnant woman is not limited any more, and the monitoringexperience is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a maternal-fetal monitoring device and a detection probe thereof. Background technique [0002] Clinical monitoring of pregnant women generally requires at least monitoring of three parameters: maternal heart rate, fetal heart rate and uterine contraction pressure. At present, the traditional method of monitoring these three parameters is to use the maternal blood oxygen sensor or maternal ECG sensor, fetal heart ultrasound sensor and uterine contraction pressure sensor respectively. The maternal blood oxygen sensor or maternal ECG sensor detects the maternal pulse interval or ECG The QRS interval in the signal is used to calculate the maternal heart rate. The fetal heart ultrasound sensor calculates the fetal heart rate by sending ultrasound to the fetal heart and detecting the ultrasound echo. [0003] From the above description, it can be seen that the monitoring meth...
