Abstract

The invention provides a rotator fork ear bushing measurement tool and a measurement processing method. The tool comprises a bottom plate (2), a process bushing (4), a reference mandrel (6), a positioning mandrel (7), a central positioning block (8) and a distance measurement device. The central positioning block (8) is arranged in a positioning hole in the bottom plate (2) in a penetrating mannerand is clamped in a rotating hole of a rotating body workpiece (1) to fix the rotating body workpiece (1) on the bottom plate (2); the positioning mandrel (7) penetrates through a direction hole in the bottom plate (2) and a direction hole in the rotating body workpiece (1); the process bushing (4) sequentially penetrates through holes in the two sides of each fork lug of the rotating body workpiece (1); the distance measurement device is used for measuring a gap between the process bushing (4) and the reference mandrel (6); and two gap values corresponding to each fork lug are used for indicating machining of the fork lug bushing of the rotating body. The problem that the rotating body does not have a reworking condition after the bushing is mounted can be solved.
