With the wireless data acquisition system and the wireless monitoring system adopted, data of the rail train bearings can be effectively acquired, professional analysis is performed based on complete data, faults are accurately positioned, fault root causes are analyzed, a fault degradation trend is monitored, rolling prediction of the service lives of the bearings is realized, andnon-planned shutdown is reduced. The wireless monitoring system comprises a temperature vibration sensor for collecting vibration and temperature data on each bearing, a train TCMS system for obtaining rotating speed data of the bearings, a train bearing detection system for controlling, collecting and obtaining the vibration and temperature data on each bearing, and a cloud platform server for storing the data. The system further comprises an expert diagnosis platform used for analyzing data, positioning faults, analyzing fault root causes, monitoring fault degradation trends, predicting equipment faults in advance and achieving rolling prediction of the service lives of the bearings.
