Abstract

The present disclosure relates to methods of treating Alzheimer's disease. Methods are provided for treating mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD) in patients suffering from AD, including ApoE4 positive patients and patients suffering from mild AD. Also provided are methods of selecting or identifying patients for treatment with anti-A [beta] antibodies. Methods include the use of prognostic and / or predictive biomarkers.
