Due to the fact that the N pieces of coded to-be-processed information are heterogeneous, and coding processing rules used by the N element channels are heterogeneous, the randomness of the processing process can be improved, generalized disturbance in the data processing process can be corrected in combination with an error correction coding and decoding mode.
