Abstract

The invention relates to application of lactic acid bacteria to preparing tumor prevention and treatment functional products by interfering lipid metabolism disorder. The invention provides application of lactic acid bacteria to inhibiting lipid metabolism disorder to play a role in preventing and treating tumors; a disrupted supernate of the lactic acid bacteria is taken as an active substance, and experiments show that the lactic acid bacteria can inhibit proliferation and migration of tumor cells by directly reducing expression of genes such as HMGCR, SREBP-2 and SMYD3 in the cells while inhibiting lipid metabolism disorder and tumor cell fatty degeneration and reducing the content of grease in cells, and apoptosis of the tumor cells is promoted so as to achieve the functions of regulating lipid metabolism disorder and inhibiting occurrence and development of the tumors. The lactobacillus plantarum CGMCC No.8198 of the invention can be used in the fields of food, medicine and the like, for example, the lactobacillus plantarum can be used for developing related functional food and medicines.
