The probiotic composition comprises raw materials of lactobacillus reuteri, lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium animalis, wherein the weight ratio of the lactobacillus reuteri to the lactobacillus acidophilus to the bifidobacterium animalis is (1.5-2.5):(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5). The colony forming units of the lactobacillus reuteri, the lactobacillus acidophilus or the bifidobacterium animalis in unit weight are the same.
