The safe pipeline conveying method comprises the following steps that firstly, high-alkyne tail gas and non-acetylene C4 tail gas are respectively cooled, the high-alkyne tail gas is diluted by using the non-acetylene C4 tail gas, and then mixed gas enters a mixed gas storage tank; then, a plurality of middle conveying buffer units are arranged between the mixed gas storage tank and a conveying terminal; and acetylene-rich C4 is safely conveyed in a segmented conveying mode. Each middle conveying buffer unit comprises a conveying pipeline, a middle buffer tank, a conveying pump and a cooling heat exchanger, an electric heat tracing heat preservation layer is arranged on the outer wall of each conveying pipeline, and a temperature sensor is arranged on each pipeline to monitor the temperature.
