Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: acquiring frequency band information supported by a terminal; determining a frequency band that the terminal does not support uplink in the frequency band information, and determining a carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the frequency band that does not support uplink; setting a channel in the frequency band which does not support uplink in the carrier aggregation combination as a downlink channel; and performing network registration according to the set carrier aggregation combination and the frequency band information. By adopting the method, the problem of registration failure caused by sending the data signal to the base station by using a frequency band which does not support uplink can be avoided.
