Abstract

The invention provides an online calibration method for a vehicle-mounted accelerometer. The online calibration method comprises: acquiring the detection speed of a vehicle and the longitudinal acceleration detected by the vehicle-mounted accelerometer; differentiating a detected speed of the vehicle to determine a calculated acceleration; and determining an acceleration factor based on the longitudinal acceleration and the calculated acceleration, the acceleration factor being used to calibrate the in-vehicle accelerometer.
