The novel cold-proof and anti-freezing system comprises a heat taking system, a control and transmission system and a heating system. The heat taking system comprises a heat taking tunnel and an air source heat pump unit mounted in the heat taking tunnel, and the heat taking tunnel is excavated and built at the high-temperature part of the surrounding rock of the main tunnel and is in contact with air through a heat exchange pipe to absorb heat of the air. The heating system is arranged between a secondary lining and a heat preservation layer at the position of a portal of the main tunnel and in a drainage ditch. The heating system comprises a lining heat supply pipe and a drainage ditch heat supply pipe. The heat taking system takes heat by means of an air source, and heat is transmitted to the lining heat supply pipe and the drainage ditch heat supply pipe of the heating system through the control and transmission system, so that heat supply and heat preservation of the lining and the drainage ditch are achieved.
