The two ends of the arc-shaped support are fixedly connected to end openings in the two sides of the rotating head and are vertically arranged, the air collecting barrel is fixedly connected to the upper end of the top of the rotating head and is provided with a wide-opening section and a thin-opening section, and the thin-opening section is transversely arranged in the middle of the arc-shaped support and used for taking air in the air outlet pipe away from the air outlet pipe through airflow of the thin-opening section. The fixing rod is fixed on the air collecting barrel, and the tail wing is fixed on the fixing rod and is vertically arranged. By ingeniously utilizing the negative pressure generated by the chimney effect, the circulating speed of gas in the septic tank is obviously accelerated, so that the concentration of odor is effectively diluted.
