The powder sample to be measured is sandwiched between two samples with known thermal conductivity to form a sandwich structure and placed in a vacuum environment. The top of the sandwich provides a stable heat flow, and the thermocouple is welded equidistantly along the height direction on the surface of the known sample to measure the temperature, and the measured data is transmitted to the data acquisition instrument, and the temperature information obtained from the data acquisition instrument is analyzed by using LabVIEW software. The thermal conductivity of the sample to be tested can be calculated by curve fitting.
