Abstract

The invention discloses application of selective androgen receptor modulators and a composition thereof in preparation of novel coronavirus resisting drugs. In the invention, an immunofluorescence assay (IFA) is applied to evaluate the in-vitro anti-novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) activity and cytotoxicity of the compound. Results show that in a test concentration, the two selective androgen receptor modulators provided by the invention have obvious inhibitory activity on replication of novel coronavirus in Vero cells; and the tested compound rapamycin has no obvious inhibitory activity on the replication of the novel coronavirus in Vero cells. Under the condition of combined treatment with 10 [mu] M and 20 [mu] M rapamycin respectively, the inhibitory activity of the selective androgen receptor modulators provided by the invention is enhanced, and the IC50 values of the selective androgen receptor modulators are 8.01 [mu] M and 3.07 [mu] M respectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to the application of a selective androgen receptor modulator and a composition thereof in the preparation of anti-new coronavirus drugs. Background technique [0002] The main manifestations of COVID-19 are fever, dry cough, fatigue, etc., and a small number of patients are accompanied by upper respiratory tract and digestive tract symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, and diarrhea. Severe cases often develop dyspnea after 1 week, and severe cases rapidly progress to acute respiratory distress syndrome, septic shock, metabolic acidosis, coagulation dysfunction, and multiple organ failure. The main route of transmission of the new coronavirus is respiratory droplet transmission and contact transmission. Epidemiological investigations show that most cases can be traced to close contacts with confirmed cases. At present, there are no specific drugs for the treatment of new ...
