Abstract

The invention discloses an application of betulinol in preparation of an aphicide and the aphicide. Compared with traditional pesticides, the betulinol plant aphicide has the following characteristics and advantages that 1, a large amount of betulinol exists in the nature, especially in plants, the betulinol content is high, the toxicity is low, the betulinol plant aphicide is easy to degrade, and the betulinol plant aphicide is safe to the environment; 2, betulin can be extracted through a supercritical carbon dioxide method, and the extraction method is relatively simple; and 3, betulinol can be dissolved in various solvents due to physical and chemical characteristics, can be easily mixed with other aphid killing components to prepare medicines, and can play a role in improving the aphid killing effect. Experimental results prove that betulin has remarkable contact activity on green peach aphids, and the indoor contact activity on the green peach aphids is greatly improved along with the increase of the concentration. According to the invention, a harmonious pesticide which is safe to human and livestock and environment-friendly is provided, and has profound significance in long-term development of ecological environment, health of human beings, full utilization of environmental resources and comprehensive treatment of diseases.
