Problems solved by technology

[0003] One of the keys to rescuing pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage is to timely and accurately assess the amount of bleeding during childbirth. At present, the methods for assessing the amount of bleeding mainly include weighing method, volumetric method, area method and shock index method. Bleeding is often ferocious, and there is immeasurable amniotic fluid mixed into the outflowing blood during delivery. It is difficult to measure the amount of bleeding in a timely and accurate manner through the above-mentioned methods, which hinders the early diagnosis of postpartum hemorrhage. It brings difficulties and seriously affects the follow-up precise treatment of pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for analyzing postpartum hemorrhage amount from amniotic fluid and blood mixture. The method comprises the following steps: collecting the amniotic fluid and blood mixture flowing out from pregnant and lying-in women in the delivery process through a liquid collection pad, and calculating the total amount of the amniotic fluid and blood mixture; acquiring a video image of the liquid collecting pad, selecting a plurality of frame images at different shooting moments, then identifying a mark point on each frame image, determining an ROI region, and then performing image segmentation processing to obtain a target sub-image corresponding to the ROI region on each mark area sub-image; performing image data processing to obtain a specific gravity value of amniotic fluid and blood in the amniotic fluid and blood mixture collected from a fluid collection pad corresponding to each target sub-image at a corresponding shooting moment, calculating an average value, and accurately distinguishing the amniotic fluid volume and the blood volume from the amniotic fluid and blood mixture based on the total amount of the amniotic fluid and blood mixture, and important significance is achieved for reducing the occurrence rate of postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant and lying-in women and the death rate of the pregnant and lying-in women suffering from postpartum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical image analysis, in particular to a method and device for analyzing postpartum hemorrhage from amniotic fluid and blood mixture. Background technique [0002] The international measure of a country's health level includes three indicators, one of which is the maternal mortality rate. The leading cause of maternal death is postpartum hemorrhage, a serious complication during childbirth. It is difficult to measure the amount of bleeding in a timely and accurate manner through the abov...
