The method comprises the steps of substituting pre-stack gather data E1 into a Zobritz feature trinomial by using an incident angle and amplitude, and fitting parameters; substituting the parameters obtained by fitting into the feature trinomial expression to obtain a fitting gather E2, and performing fitting correction on the pre-stack gather data E1 to obtain corrected gather data E3; performing statistics on AVA overall characteristics of each well point in a work area, and performing full Zobritz equation forward modeling according to well point target layer speed and density data to obtain forward modeling gather data E4; and performing AVA amplitude compensation correction on the corrected gather data E3 in combination with the forward modeling gather data E4 according to a full Zobritz equation compensation correction functional expression considering time and offset direction to obtain final optimized gather data E5.
