[0041] This is a population-based cross-sectional study. The target population is people aged 60 and above living in 52 natural villages in Yanlou Town, Yanggu County, Shandong Province. A total of 5765 people (57.2% women) participated in the study between March and September 2018. From September 2018 to October 2020, a brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) substudy was performed in 25 randomly selected villages. In the end, 1178 patients signed the informed consent form and completed brain MRI scanning at Luxinan Hospital. Of these, 54 were excluded due to poor image quality or not being successfully segmented by CAT12.
