[0041] This is a population-based cross-sectional study. The target population is people aged 60 and above living in 52 natural villages in Yanlou Town, Yanggu County, Shandong Province. From March to September 2018, a total of 5765 people (57.2% women) participated in the study. A brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) subgroup study was conducted in 25 randomly selected villages from September 2018 to October 2020.
