Abstract

The invention discloses a kit for screening a psoriasis gene. The kit comprises the following components: 0.5 ml of PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) Buffer, 0.4 ml of 25mM MgCl2, 0.1 ml of 25mM dNTP mix, 0.1 ml of 5U / mu LHotStar Taq, 1ml of PCR primer mix, 0.17 ml of 10x SAP Buffer, 0.3 ml of 1.7 U / mu l SAP enzyme, 0.94 ml of Extend primer Mix 1 or 2, 0.2 ml of iPLEX Buffer, 0.2 ml of iPLEX terminator, 0.041 ml of iPLEX enzyme, 80ml of Clean Resin resin, 80ml of ultrapure water, 0.5 pmol of a first round of amplification primer per strip, and 0.5 pmol of a second round of amplification primer per strip. Primers for the first-round amplification comprise an upstream primer and a downstream primer; the primer of the second round of amplification is a single-base extension primer. The kit is a reagent for in-vitro diagnosis, and the expression condition of the psoriasis susceptibility gene in a human serum or plasma sample is detected by applying an indirect method principle, so that early screening of psoriasis is realized, and a direction is provided for clinical disease prediction, differential diagnosis and layered treatment.
