According to the invention, different nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and castor oil polyoxyethylene ether have different oleophylic group types, different hydrophilic group lengths and different HLB (Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance) values, different particles cannot be aggregated by utilizing steric hindrance among the emulsifier particles through mutual matching in a specific proportion, so that good dispersibility and emulsibility are maintained, and the stability of the emulsifier is improved.
