Abstract

A double-layer food production device of integral unit type capable of producing double layer spherical food (23) in two rows on a belt conveyor (25), comprising an internally packed food material feeder (15) and an externally covering food material feeder (17) opposed to each other for feeding internally packed food material (5) and externally covering food material (9), vane pumps (29A, 29B) and an integral double nozzles (13A, 13B) installed in a clearance between the feeders (15) and (17), and a cutting mechanism (21), wherein the vane pumps (29A, 29B) force-feed the corresponding food materials (5, 9) from the feeders (15, 17) to the double nozzles (13A, 13B), the double nozzles discharge the internally packed material (5) and the externally covering material (9) in the form of one slender food of double layer structure, and the cutting mechanism (21) cuts the slender food into a plurality of spherical foods (23) of double layer structure and drops the foods on the conveyor (25) in two rows.
