Abstract

The relay device 2 performs processing for correcting the color of the image data sent from the PC 32 to the image recording device 1 . Furthermore, the storage unit 24 of the relay device 2 stores information unique to the image recording device 1 such as a production number. The relay device 2 performs processing for correcting the image data and for adding unique information to the image data sent from the PC 32 , and then sends the processed image data to the image recording device 1 .
