A medicine which comprises a combination of an acetylcholine esterase inhibitor and a 5-substituted 3-oxadiazolyl-1,6-naphthyridin-2(1H)-one derivative represented by the following general formula (I). Also provided are: a method of treatment of any of these diseases which comprises using a combination of these drugs; and a use of the medicine.
